Applications for Vendors for the 2024 show is now open.

If you are a Vendor that has food products, we have filled all of the Food Vendor spots.  We are still accepting applications for products (Non Food). If you are a food vendor and want to added to the waiting list please contact us.

This is for the Main Vendor area, We also plan on having “Women’s World” open again this year.  This is designed for vendors that are not specifically car related. It will be held inside the building to the south of the Main Event Center.  It will have it’s own price structure and will be away from the cars. Please watch for registration for it as well.

The Cache Valley Cruising Association has opportunities for vendors to sell their products to the public during the Cruise-In. We prefer that vendors sell primarily food or automotive related products, but we accept vendors with other products as well.

We are asking all vendors to be open, Thursday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm,  Friday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. (The concert is Friday evening so there will be a lot of people in the fairgrounds)

Vendors are assigned specific locations and booth size, away from areas reserved for the Swap Meet. Vendors who were at the Cruise-in last year will have preference for spots. Most of them return year after year, thus we only have a limited number of spots for new food vendors.

We try to provide a variety of good food for the patrons and exhibitors, so we limit the number of vendors selling the same thing. New food vendors who apply earliest will get preference for the few (if any) available spots. If you are selling non-food products it is more likely we will be able to place you. If you were not a vendor last year please do not send an application until you have communicated with us. If we can accept your application you will be notified by e-mail and will receive additional information at that time. In any case, we will make every effort to be fair and try to accommodate as many vendors as possible. We generally get more requests for vendor space than we have room for.
