We built a 1928 Model A 2-door sedan street rod for Cruise-In ‘90. Power was provided by a Chevy 350 V8 with a Turbo 350 transmission and a goodie package which included P/W, 4-wheel disk brakes and a chromed 4-bar suspension, front and rear. Attendance at this show was again in excess of 15,000 with 500 cars entered. This was the first year for our Main Street Parade/Cruise. It was only one hour long, but was a huge success. We also had other activities that included a poker run, steak fry, chuck wagon breakfast and other fun driving events and children’s games.
